The main difference is that as Stream doesn't record anything locally, it's not possible to transfer data from there to a Go device. Anything saved into Go is downloaded directly.

I did this specifically to download my Sky Go App through Chrome and which I had been using sucessfully on my old Windows 10 HP Pavilion for quite some time until it recently encountered charging problems plus more, so I purchased a new laptop.

Tried my sky go app for the first time in a couple of weeks on my laptop. Update required, but then got a message adding the setup files are corrupted and to try to reinstall.
I have tried uninstalling it multiple times, but when I add the app again, the shows I have tried to download are still there, and it will not let you delete them or download anything.
Hi, I have installed Sky Go on my windows laptop several times and each time the app opens it says downloading updates and that's all. Nothing happens after that.
its very frustrating , i have a sky stream box and im was able to download normal on laptop via sky go but now i have no access to programmes or live tv on my laptop
