Virgin Media’s Gig2 service offers download speeds of 2Gbps and operates on a full fibre network, powered by XGS-PON technology, enabling customers to download video games, films, music and large files in seconds.
For a couple of weeks we have been getting regular phone calls on 0800 052 1251. I’ve taken a couple of these calls but they seem a bit suspect. They claim to be from Virgin Media Sales and are saying something along the lines of ‘I am due to have my package reviewed’ although it was very hard to understand the caller’s accent.
I finally spoke to someone at Virgin Media last week (Jeff) who understands the problem and he was very helpful. But he got called away for a meeting. He said he would call the next day, but he didn't, and he hasn't been in touch since. To make matters worse, when I phone to ask to give him a message to call me they say it's 'impossible'!
It also includes the complaints postal address which is Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA. There isn't a customer facing email address. If you give a brief desciption of your issues here then a member of the forum team may be able to help.

I managed to find this number for myself (I had tried 150 from my Virgin phone) but had to sit through so many options - choose this, pick that - and then finally get through to be told the current wait time was 110 minutes was enough to almost consign the phone to the front garden via the window.
T he best method and time to contact them is to call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, but best to call at 8am when lines first open to avoid call queues. Hi, I hope this hasn't been solved in a previous post, here goes!! so only a few days ago my new router arrived the Arris Hub 4 which was a replacement and an upgrade from the old Hub 3, but right from the word go I knew it would be a pain because it had written all over the box "Plug me in an active within 5 days" (or you'll lose service).
