After using Sky Go for approx a year, now unable to log in, have downloaded again but no success
Hi, I have a new SkyQ box, but it does not offer UHD on iPlayer. I have accessed iPlayer on my 2018 model Sony TV in another room and it works on that device. Does anyone know if SkyQ UHD 1Tb is able to play UHD content in iPlayer?

So you put up a post....2 minutes later another post saying no help....then when people offer help you don't respond.
At first super 6 said paused and now says suspended, I have sent 2 emails with no reply. The season started today and I cany play super6. I have been an unbroken customer of Sky for over 30 years and I think the fact they can't even reply to my emails with a resolution is very poor. Peter
Just so you know if you have a smart tv and are watching the #ENGGER game through the @BBCiPlayer app (the beta version) then it's being shown in Ultra HD. Picture is very dark though even on vivid. Is it all down to the number of nits?

When landing on Sky's home page my screen keeps flickering, this renders signing in impossible. Using Windows 11, same on Google and Edge. Anyone know how to fix ?
