Netflix can't know what your sky password is and I'm 99% sure they don't handoff the login authentication to sky although that is technically possible. have you tried doing a password reset on the netflix website?
Upgraded my package recently to include Netflix, paramount and movies. Already had Netflix so using the same account but before we could watch on more than one screen at once and now we can't. How do I solve this? Thanks
Does anyone know how I can sort my netflix? Someone unauthorised has logged in and changed my email address. And netflix can't help they said go through sky.

Just log in to the Netflix app on any device - be it a smart TV, a mobile phone, a tablet or login to the Netflix website on a PC or Mac.
Another option is create a new Netflix account, link that to your Sky account by using that as the first account you login to on your Sky device, then sign out of Netflix on your Sky device once it's linked and log in using your existing Netflix account.
Have tried using my Sky account info email and password into Netflix login, but sadly not accepting! Trying to contact Sky is a nightmare, just want someone to talk to rarther than recorded message.
Hi. I have just taken Sky stream with puck including netflix. I can get it all to work on my tv ok. How can I watch Netflix on my laptop via the sky go app ? I cant find how to do this. If I can't get it to work I will be cancelling sky. Thanks.
