Hi, just spent half an hour with the support team agent. Turns out that as I have 5 virginmedia/ntlworld accounts as secondary accounts I need 5 EXTERNAL email addresses to set up 5 MyVirginMedia accounts to login to that will then allow me to manage password changes for these secondary accounts.

My account now works but to login to My Virgin Media and Virgin email I have to log in with my Outlook identity plus my new Virgin password. The identity ******@ntlworld is not recognised. Once logged in everything else works as normal.

For email client/app access the username remains the full virginmedia email address but needs an app generated password that you have to generate via the My Virgin Media account for the email address concerned.
