For customers on Priority Service Plans, you can cancel service and reactivate at a later date. The service will end on your next billing date. More details on the cancellation process can be found here .

The spending limit in Azure prevents spending over your credit amount. All new customers who sign up for an Azure free account or subscription types that include credits over multiple months have the spending limit turned on by default.
amazon.com DownloadYour AWS account has default quotas, formerly referred to as limits, for each AWS service. Unless otherwise noted, each quota is Region-specific. You can request increases for some quotas, but not all quotas can be increased. You can view service quotas by using the following options:

Certain resource-level quotas, such as Instances per domain for Amazon OpenSearch Service, also display applied quota values per resource.
