The Sorcerers of Tund believed that all sentient beings are Force sensitive and most just needed to learn how to harness it. The Scepter of Ragnos is said to be able to release the energy of the Force that can make ordinary beings Force sensitive. Would it be possible for regular people to become Force sensitive through other means?
It's a trait that you either have, or you don't. Whether or not a person is born Force-sensitive can be completely random (non-Force-sensitives can give birth to Force-sensitives), but it's clearly a hereditary trait as well. Also, some races (like the Toydarians) are immune to all effects of the Force, and thus cannot be born Force-sensitive.
The ability to use the Force was portrayed as a rare special talent basically since the inception of the Expanded Universe, way before prequels and midichlorians even came into the picture. Even as early as Bantham era of EU, Luke's new Jedi were either rare natural talents or direct descendants of the Jedi.
The force is in everyone, its in all living things, but only some people can connect to it. And Yoda there is talking about what makes a Jedi, not what makes someone force sensitive. He is saying that Jedi is a set of ideals that anyone can follow. He isnt saying every rando on the street can use the force.

I know I can use force pull, but since I’m not that far into the game, and I want to get the achievement now, is it possible to use force slow and then overhead strike to cut off the tongue? I’ve been trying for like an hour and I haven’t been able to get it to work, but these guides say that it is possible. Any tips? Guides:
Basically instead of the Force and a Darkside their force is split into a Black Current and White Flare, and they use the force for different things. A Yin/Yang. Black Current was like a cool river and was used for precise manipulation, whether of peoples minds or of physical objects.
Ok so I have been trying for hours to get a PS5 controller to work on my PC with Star Wars The Force Unleased. I have tried to use "DS4Windows_3.1.0_x64" then "x360ce_x64_3_2_10_82" and also the Steam Controller Settings and none of them seem to work with the program opened or closed.
Galen Marek and the "father" (who's name escapes me) of X1 and X2 were force sensitive because they were Jedi. it is quite possible that the force could flow more easily because the clone's "father" was a force sensitive. However the clones I believe you are talking about are from the clone wars, the Jango fett clones.
However, in the hands of an expert of the Force, the lightsaber was a weapon to be greatly respected and feared. Using a lightsaber, and being at least proficient enough for some combat, is possible for non-Force users. But the difficulties in wielding such an apparently unwieldy weapon requires sharp reflexes, strength, and dexterity.
