I'm having an issue signing in to discovery plus on my Q box. Just to set the scene my account is working fine and I can login to the app on another tv. However on Q I get the discoveryplus link instruction and code but when I go to that page on my phone I get to login fine but am not prompted for the 6 digit code to link the sky box.
I am trying to activate discovery plus on our Q remote box (the installer dealt with the main box) I have tried using the QR code and it is NOT even recognised I have tried using the URL supplied and that is the same Why does Sky make it so difficult to obtain something that I have paid for ? Re: Have to keep signing in to discovery plus Having same issue. Used to have to sign in again periodically but been to the app 2 or 3 times this morning and had to sign in each time.
It doesn't require you to logout on your sky box in case you can't reconnect. But anyone with a working discovery plus account go to the address ( I can't post links) discoveryplus /link . It may ask you to login but when logged in does it ask for the 6 digit code or send you back to the main page of discovery.
ill ask again regarding sky stream and discovery +, i assume i have discovery plus standard what can I actually watch keeps telling me to upgrade my pass i have signed in to discovery but nothing is watchable only the free stuff i . m i missing something here what i can watch and can't watch. Gratefull for any feedback. many thanks
However, we searched for a particular show (The Repair Shop) and couldn't find it but we did see it listed as available on the Discovery Plus via The Roku Channel. We couldn't find a way to log-in using our Discovery Plus app credentials and we couldn't play the show without starting a 7-day free trial which we don't need.

If it's also not working outside of your Sky glass it's clearly an issue with your discovery plus account rather than an issue with your Sky glass. In your discovery + account along with saying premium does it also say something along the lines of the "billing provided by Sky".
28/02/23 The problem with signing in to Discovery plus is still happening .Have got the code nowhere to enter. Keep trying to get password 4 times been told e.mail with method to change has been sent over an hour later still waiting on the carrier pigeon arrival .
