I'm sure lichess gives higher rating than chess.com for the same player. In fact, the lichess rating is also higher than the FIDE rating. I personally know a lot of FIDE 2200 rated players achieve ~ 2600 on lichess, equivalent to GM on FIDE scale (but they are not GM). I'm personally also a few hundred ELO points behind on chess.com than lichess.

Instead of pragmatically adjusting to 1200 instead of 1500, lichess has a whole page explaining why rating systems aren't comparable (which is demonstrably false - ratings at different sites and FIDE ratings are all pretty well correlated). Don't get me wrong, I love lichess and their philosophy, but this is one of the drawbacks.
It may be as simple as: C.c is on a mission to commercialize chess for profit, whereas Lichess is on a mission to make chess free and ad-free. So these are 2 entirely different business models. Instead of paying C.c, I donate a small amount to Lichess each month to support their costs.
Hey all, I just wanted to give my opinion on my experience with Lichess puzzles so far, and list the pros and cons of them. I've done about five thousand so far, so I think I have a pretty good feel on how they are constructed. Pros: All of the puzzles are challenging, and will definitely help you on your journey to be a tactician.
Lichess does better job in predicting over the board rating for >2200 rating but below that it's way off the mark. There is a huge difference in chess strength between a 1500 lichess and 2000 lichess player and 500 points is very small range to explain that.
