wlan_mgt.fixed.src_mac_addr isn't the source address of an 802.11 packet, it's a field in the body of a management frame.
In the display filter, 'net' is not even in the list of expressions/filters to apply. When you type 'net' in the display filter field, it goes red and shows a list of options - none of which correspond to anything having to do with searching for an entire subnet.
Did you have your WireShare port forwarded previously? If yes, it might be worth checking it is still valid after you reinstalled Windows. There's a minute possibility some routers might be affected by the OS reinstall, though in theory this should not happen.
Hello, I want to find packets that have a specific string inside. Is this possible ? for example : find packets which have a "Content-type:audio/mpeg".
Thanks, this helped med a lot. Turns out I was using an ancient version of Wireshark (<1.0), so I must admit I was not aware of the tcp.time_* fields and the "Calculate conversation timestamps" option.
