CONS -- parts availability, starts better than the NHC-250 in cold weather but still needs a sniff of ether I've had both NHC-250-powered trucks (M929A1, M928A1, M932) and 6CTA 8.3-powered trucks (M936A2, M932A2 and now two M925A2s).
