On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio and Enrol, to introduce some enhancements and fixes. Please ensure you are logged out of your Eportfolio account before 7am to prevent any data loss. OneFile is currently working on an exciting project called Fusion, aimed at dissecting our products into logical components to enhance user experience. As a part of this initiative, we are updating the login process. For users with an existing Keychain, the Login process will remain unchanged.
When an account is created for the first time for a new user on any of OneFile's products an email is sent to the user to register their Keychain. The link to register your keychain will expire after 7 days. If the link has expired, you'll need to request a password reset to completed your registration and login.
On Wednesday, we're updating OneFile Eportfolio and API, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes. Enhancements Eportfolio Timesheet Any changes to a learner's Planned OTJ hours, Duration and Contracted hours per week are now recorded in the learner's activity log. This includes changes made via the API.
