We ordered items from Asda, via Just-Eat. The first delivery was marked as delivered. It wasn't delivered to us. All address details are 100% correct.
Hello, I noticed that Just Eat in my area introduced several food shops that traditionally never had delivery facilities.
I ordered food from KFC totaling £85.46 at approximately 12:40 pm, with an estimated delivery time of 20–30 minutes.
I'm a bit miffed as my food arrived at 19:00 (was supposed to be delivered by 18:00 so and I ordered at 17:00, so 1 hr late).
I contacted Just Eat through the app and was asked to send a photo of the food. I did as asked and they took a further 2 days to come back saying I wasn't entitled to a refund because I collected it myself and apparently I should have checked. Do they honestly expect you to open each container before leaving the shop?
