The fraternity offers developmental programs such as the Principled Business Leadership Institute, Academy, Case Competition, College of Leadership and webinars. On the local level, members gain many valuable skills as they operate their chapter as "franchise” of Alpha Kappa Psi.

Through your involvement in Alpha Kappa Psi, you will gain the confidence to effectively navigate your career and succeed in your business endeavors. Membership in Alpha Kappa Psi also allows you to befriend some of the most unique, motivated and passionate individuals.
