Never had one problem with the phone or NetBank until I installed and started using the CommBank App, I don't have any VPN running on Mobile or PC so IP address isn't a problem. Ahh. Just realised it wouldn't have made a difference anyway because if you are locked out you won't be able to get back in until you contact them.

NetBank and other https sites don't work and can't get onto the PSN either. And, despite being sync'd at my regular speeds, torrents are downloading incredibly slowly. What the hell is going on?
I was making a $5000 deposit to a Binance account and my netbank was suddenly locked and CBA sent me sms and email informing me that due to suspicious NetBank activity my NetBank has been locked and tell me to call them. So I call them and go thourgh their verification process. I told them I was making a depost to a Binance account to use crypto.
CBA netbank don't keep paying the higher interest rate unless you go into a branch every 3 months and ask them to pay you the higher rate . If you don't do this they drop the interest rate . All the more reason to leave & go elsewhere

Same here Getting failed backups. I installed it on 5 computers and some computers it will fail and sometimes it will do the initial backup twice.
I'm trying to make a payment using cba netbank since last Saturday but I'm not getting the netcode sms message to my phone to authorise the transaction. I called their phone support line and the guy transferred me to the "specialist" but I never got to talk the the specialist as they hung up on me while I was waiting for 45min.
How my Netbank logon details were compromised, I don't know. They weren't. These are not "Netbank" transfers. I assume some sort of malware, whether it's on my phone, tablet, or my PC. Perhaps It was YOU. You entered the Bank Account details into Paypal, and then were told that in order to verify the account certain things had to happen.
