My recent experience with Flight Guru has left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. After receiving an email stating that my booking was "in process" and that I would receive further confirmation once the booking was confirmed, I was left hanging without any updates or clarity.

Barry had booked multiple flights to the US and Asia, he’s also ‘tailor made’ trips for us booking flight, hotels and car hire. We’ve always received excellent service.
The return flight, on 30th March, was cancelled due to Covid. I called a few times to ask about a refund, but Virgin was overridden by such requests for most of 2020, so idid not press the matter.
