When Matalan first opened you use to have to pay £1 to get a card now though there free to get in store by anyone who would like one, The card gets you the offers that are in store and you get sent discount and birthday vouchers through the post.
Hi bought some clothing at matalan - unfortunately labels taken off and lost :( but I have the online order receipt.
I'v recently started working in a new office smack in the middle of a trading estate and just down the road is a Matalan store.

Hi I'm looking for advice as to who I should escalate my complaint to regarding a refund I have yet to receive from Matalan following an online order.
I brought the Matalan items home and tore off the price tags assuming that the receipt said 14 days but when I got to the bottom of the bag noticed my receipt said 28 days I then called Matalan customer services to only be told that the policy changed after I purchased the goods.
