Behind every pinwheel is a name, a story, and a family forever changed. We honor their memory and stand with everyone who is grieving or struggling.

For more than ten years, the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office (MCCO) awards selected undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity of working alongside board-certified forensic pathologists, highly trained autopsy technicians and deputy coroners.
Assist Deputy Coroners to receive and investigate all deaths reported to the office, to include scene response when necessary, and prepare complete, accurate, and legible reports.
The part-time deputy coroners will primarily cover weekend and holiday shifts, including but not limited to in-office daytime hours and on-call overnight hours.
