i sent the D1 form off with the cheque on the 8th jan and i just remembered today that i forgot to write the date under your declaration 7 just above the signature box, will they still process my application or they gonna send the form back? thank you

The DVLA website states I will receive a D27 form that I need to fill out to get my licence back, but I haven't received this yet - the DVLA says I should fill in a D1 form if I don't receive the D27 but I have no idea if I need to renew my licence photo and if I do what fee's I need to pay.
The earliest you could apply is 18th December. Your plan to use your parents address to send and receive your application would work with the D1 form. wonderful, by the way my qualifications end February 12. Is 18 of December fine you reckon?
Hi In section 5 ive put in my Passport number into part A. Then in part B do I physically have to send off my ID document also? Like my passport?

You may need to send in a new passport-style photo with your application. If you don’t get your renewal form in the post, you must fill in a D1 form instead. You can order one from DVLA’s online form ordering service. Was it a TTC course that you did? Our trainers should know about the correct procedure and advise accordingly.
Yes, I used the D1 form and the D27P actually says to ignore it if you have already applied via a D1. Also, unlike in the past, you no longer need to complete a DR1 form as this will be done at your medical if you are HRO.
Hi all I'm coming to the end of my ban now, it will be 8 weeks this coming Friday. I'm not a HRO so have to send the D1 form 56 days before, which is on Friday. My question is once you send it off, how long is it before the license arrives, is it a case of 2 or 3 weeks or will they not send it...
