Re: BT Mail - login loop Hi, I am having the exact same issue. I can use the email on my phone but suddenly not on my chromebook!? I enter my login details and then it constantly flicks between a login page and a blank page with a timer - over and over and over.
Re: Email login Hi. BT seem to specialise in trying to make things as difficult as possible but there is no need to put up with their email software. Set up a free Gmail account and divert your BT mail to Gmail and you never need use BT's software again. My Gmail stays logged in and even starts automatically when my browser opens.
Re: Adding BT Mail to iPhone Mail App Enter an incorrect password and the app will not authentcate your email account. It will then give you the option to set up the email account manually and allow to to input all the settings as per the following links.
Re: Adding BT Mail account to Microsoft Outlook Are you either a BT broadband customer or paying for Premium Mail? If neither, you will have been downgraded to Basic Mail which is only accessible via webmail.
No emails in my sent items or other subfolders were affected. I normally use Outlook on my trusty PC to manage my emails using an SMTP link but I also use the BT Mail app on an Android device. When I logged on to my emails using both the Edge and Chrome browsers my emails also weren't there, so they have disappeared from the server.
Outlook 365 (new Outlook) no longer working with BT Mail As of this morning my "new Outlook" on Windows 10 PC is no longer receiving emails in a timely fashion and cannot send emails at all - they are stuck in the Drafts area. Web-based email continues to work. Android-based email continues to work fine.

Re: Why can't I attach files to an email? The maximum email size for BT Email or BT Premium Email is set at 25MB.
Re: Outlook connection to BT Mail You are best to set the account up manually and remember when setting it up to click on the "more settings" and tick the box for the outgoing server "requires authentication" and select "use the same as Incoming server.
