DIY Ukraine is very much powered by volunteers. Our Nordic Therapy Garden which was built and opened in 2024 was made possible with the hard work of 1000 volunteers. Most of them were Ukrainians but we have welcomed passionate humans on our projects from over 20 countries who came to Ukraine to help.
Last year, the Ukrainian Volunteer Service recruited more than 100,000 volunteers from all over Ukraine to help in various fields.
