Well a perfect venue would be Anstruther close to the pub , and close to the chipshop. Check out Cod head Bobs site , the White pier at Anstruther is a good spot during , or after a easterly blow. Lower Largo the beach is easy access, and plenty of small lugworm can be dug , but as for fishing . Hope this helps.
