DHL return tracking number not working Hello, so I issued a return on ASOS store through DHL (Germany). I got my return label, printed it out, packaged everything. Went to the lockbox I chose, scanned it both from my phone and the package multiple tries, it kept showing "tracking number does not exist".
After 24 hours, the DHL tracking website cannot give me any info about my Plus 7 The Apple order page shows it dispatched yesterday and gave me a 7 digit tracking number Anyone else having this problem ??
Weird "DHL" tracking number On 20th, I ordered something on Aliexpress from a shop called Shop1102526546 Store. The store gave me a weird tracking number that is supposed to be from DHL. It's very suspicious because DHL China says the code is unknown, and 17Track says it's a package from India that has been delivering for a week.

I received a tracking update that my package had left a facility about 3 and a half hours from me. It is now 2 days after that update, but it hasn't updated that it reached my city. Is it normal for DHL to skip tracking updates for that long? Archived post. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.
Now the actual tracking is the biggest nuisance, with other carriers I get an hour estimate for deliveries, not with DHL. With other carriers I get a notification when the package gets dispatched, not with DHL. And other carriers update their feckin delivery estimates if they aren't on time... Archived post.

Why hasn't my shipping status changed in nearly a week? I was told the expected delivery date is sometime between the 14th and the 19th but as far as I know, it's not even in the US yet.
Please check your tracking number." I reached out to DHL customer service and they said the tracking number doesn't exist. I reached the retailer multiple times and they said they are not responsible for how long DHL update their tracking number. I'm so confused? This never happened to me before, I don't understand what's going on here.
