Pay as you go plans will last a single month. Once that plan ends, you'll need to hop online to choose your next one. Can I use my plan in the EU? Sure thing. Call and text like you're at home. If you use up all of your plan's data allowance, or go over our 5 GB EU roaming cap you'll pay 10p per extra MB. Can I keep my old phone number?

Plans do not work elsewhere in the world, and do not cover all types of calls/texts. In addition to the plans, there’s a classic PAYG option.
A PAYG plan is a monthly bundle of calls, texts and data. You can buy these ad-hoc if you wish, but as each lasts a month you’d have no service between purchases.
Plans last for 1 calendar month and can be used while you're in the UK, the EU and selected countries. Plans and credit are separate. You can check the remaining minutes in your plan and expiry date via My giffgaff in the giffgaff mobile app or by dialling 43430 then option 2.
