I’m able to get logi options plus to run, but It won’t recognize the mouse and keyboard? They are working fine, I’ve tried using bolt receiver and bluetooth, both function, but they will not show up in logi plus. Any tips? I can get both to show up on my personal laptop in logi plus, but not the work computer. Windows 10.
The title says it all logi options plus is stuck on loading. I'm on windows 10, the program is stuck on the loading spinning circle and does not move no matter what i do. I reinstalled the program multiple times. restarted the computer. Launched the program as admin. added theprogram to the startup app list.

In latest version 1.62 of Logi Options. All functionality is added back for new teams. Everthing is working smoothely at my end. You just need to remove New Teams and add it back again.
Logi Options+ is more resource-intensive. Logi Options+ uses more system resources than Logitech Options. This means that it may slow down your Mac if you have a lot of other applications running in the background. In your case, since you have a K350 keyboard and mouse, both Logitech Options+ and Logitech Options will work with your devices.
Can I use the old Logi app to control my MX Mac Keyboard and Mouse? I bought the keyboard and mouse to use the special buttons and programmable aspects of these products.

It also doesn't show under Logitech Options or Logitech Options+. I also have a MX Master 35 with the Logitech Bolt app, and the K350 does show there, but it shows as Inactive.
The old Logitech Options software which doesn't seem to be able to detect my devices any more (despite them all showing as connected in "logi bolt") had settings to disable the caps lock key, the newer options+ software doesn't have this setting. One step forward another step backward.
