I live on second floor and had my groceries delivered today by Tesco. No problem had four crates of groceries delivered . Our lift was broken for 3 weeks ,he still brought the groceries up . nonesuch give Tesco a phone call ,I am sure they will refund delivery charge
Not sure there’s a current thread specifically for Tesco online delivery customers, but a lot of people use them pretty much exclusively, so it might be a good place to exchange thoughts. The good - pretty reliable, I’ve found, and lower prices than Waitrose.

The Tesco Price Match fruit is inferior in quality, and very obviously so, and the non-fresh items contain inferior ingredients. 4 Tesco claim that their pickers choose the best quality produce, with the longest dates. The actuality is very different – what arrives is frequently damaged and short-dated, often actually on its Best Before date.
I would like to tell the community the very poor experience I had with Tesco Online Groceries shopping. On the 12th of October I was expecting my usual weekly delivery (order nr 278285945) in the 10-11 pm slot, which never arrived. I thought the driver was late and didnt want to disturb at a later time.

It's for Tesco groceries. The only reason for me is because you can check if an item is in stock in a particular store. That would save me travelling there to find they haven't got an item which has happened before. It's Windows running Windows 10.
It's been very noticeable over recent weeks that Tesco are restricting delivery of various lower cost items such as butter - and now grapes. What's happening is that the standard priced Tesco items (frequently the ones marked 'Aldi Price Match') are impossible to order, leaving much more expensive products as the only alternative for those shopping online.
