You're right, WinCC Flexible 2008 Advanced is not compatible with Windows 11, it's actually designed to run best on older operating systems. I’d recommend looking into TIA Portal's software (like WinCC Professional), as it’s more current and more likely to be compatible with Windows 11.
After each installation of WinCC Unified PC Runtime V16, the latest update must be installed. You can find updates for WinCC Advanced Runtime V16 in the following entry 109776018. You can find updates for WinCC Professional Runtime V16 in the following entry 109776017.
There are close dependencies between STEP 7, WinCC and WinCC/ProAgent and between various service packs.
Si vous laissez l'ancienne version de l'image, vous ne pouvez pas configurer sur le pupitre/Runtime les nouvelles fonctions proposées avec les versions plus récentes de WinCC. Si vous souhaitez conserver la version de l'image du pupitre, veuillez passer la section "Mettre à jour la version de l'image du pupitre" et allez directement à la section "Compiler et transférer un projet".

Sur un PC, il est possible d'accéder aux pages HTML dans Runtime même si l'option "Pages HTML" est désactivée. Du fait de l'installation, ce sont toujours les pages standard du serveur Web qui sont stockées sur le PC. Attribuez un mot de passe administrateur qui empêche l'accès non autorisé aux pages.
I'm dreaded to update my Windows 10 Pro to 11 as I'm using quite a few PLC software installed on my machine - TIA Portal, RS Studio, Sysmac Studio, CX-Programmer, Horner CSCape, Redlion Crimson, SoMachine, Melsoft, GP-Pro and so on. Did anyone of you experienced any issues, incompatibilities between Windows 11 and PLC programming software?

In new versions yes step and winCC are in TIA. That doesn’t mean you don’t need old step7 v5.7 or TIA 14, 15, 16 etc.., to connect to things. Iirc step 7 v5.7 will cover anything prior. But for TIA you will need correct version . You can’t just open anything with version x. Personally I prefer to stay on windows 10.
