For the majority of orders on Amazon.co.uk, that are fulfilled from an EU country, you as a customer will not pay import duties. VAT is always included in product price for B2C orders. For orders with value <£150, Amazon will remit the VAT from the orders on behalf of customer (importer of record) and pay to tax authorities on customer behalf.

Amazon are currently using Legal & General (L&G) . It's common to have multiple pension pots from different jobs, but it's usually better to transfer the value of pots you're no longer contributing to, into your current/active one.

reddit.com DownloadAmazon have a really patchy record on how they deal with delivery issues because a lot of their first line staff are poorly trained and apparently much of their policy reflects US law, so pointing out how the Consumer Rights Act frames this situation and threatening to leave it with their credit card provider is probably more worthwhile.
