Hello, Does anyone have experience with Nationwide online banking? I applied for a Nationwide Flex Account and was accepted 2 weeks ago. I have since received my card, pin and a "welcome to digital banking" letter that includes my customer number and pass number. With all this information, I cant figure out how to actually log in.
1, You will need the card reader to login the online banking for the first time 2, The card reader may arrive many days (or weeks) after the card & PIN 3, If you can't (or don't want to) wait, just pop up in one of their branches, explain the situation, and take a free card reader from the branch 4, Alternatively, a card reader from a different bank might work too.

If there are such situations, I hope Nationwide is aware of what is happening and is taking steps to remove its dependence on SSL 3.0. Otherwise, Nationwide might have a number of irate customers who find they cannot log in to Nationwide Internet Banking after the 14 April 2015!

Although it does take 3 days for money to move from your Flex Account, if you log in to Nationwide online banking and make an instruction to move money to the Mysave account, that money earns interest from the date of the instruction so you are not losing out in any way.
Hi, Aviva opened their portal for getting extensions for trip length etc today. Tried to register by inputting my correct name, DOB and Flex Plus account details. Low and behold. "Your details are not recognized. Please contact Nationwide to ensure you are using the correct details."!!!
