For WhatsApp Desktop App Shortcut: Locate the WhatsApp app in your applications folder, right-click, and select “Create Shortcut” (Windows) or “Make Alias” (Mac), then drag it to the desktop.

Using WhatsApp Web on your work computer should always work. When you close the browser, go home and use WhatsApp Web again, it should still work. However, you BREAK it IF YOU LEAVE the browser OPEN at work, go home, use WhatsApp Web again (now it's open on 2 browsers at the same time. The browser at work will now LOG OFF).

I have been facing this since yesterday on web WhatsApp on Microsoft Edge. Messages in the web app stop syncing with mobile after a while of usage, and on refreshing the page, I am asked to scan and login each time. Happening several times a day and even when I'm continuously using my office desktop.

I am very sorry to learn that you are unable to log in to Whatsapp, according to the screenshot, this is a network issue, this does not mean that there is a problem with your network, but rather it tells you that the current network environment is abnormal and you are unable to connect to the Whatsapp server.

Mi problema es el siguiente. Al iniciar sesión en WhatsApp desde Microsoft Edge funciona todo normal, al momento de cerrar el navegador esta se cierra si ningún motivo la sesión de WhatsApp Web, cosa que no debería suceder porque en mi WhatsApp sale que está aún abierta y debo nuevamente iniciar sesión por QR o Número de teléfono y esperar un buen rato a que sincronice los mensajes.
