After the most recent update of Windows 11 my two HP printers tell me that their drivers are unavailable.. This is apparently a windows issue, as I am able to print from my iPhone. Oddly, the scanners for the same printers still work. HP has been unable to install their most recent drivers. How can I fix this? Larry Hunsicker
This update seems to have fixed the printing issue. I can now print on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 from the Windows Setting Test Page, the HP Smart app Diagnostic Test Print, as well as from MS Word. Scan from HP Smart is still working. I think the problem is now solved.

I need my SMTP configuration of my Hotmail/Outlook Account to be able to send scanned documents in an e mail directly from my HP printer. I found the SMTP server name is smtp.live.com and the SMTP port is 587 or 25 or 465 (tried all three and none worked), but when they ask me about Username -ID and Password and i type in my personal E-Mail address and password it won't work.

Hello YES I also have the same problem, all my printer icons have changed to the icon of an HP LaserJet M101-M106 printer. Also all manufacturers have changed for HP and also all models for HP LaserJet M101-M106. I deleted all the printers, all the ports and all the drivers and re-installed the printer and it gave the same problem.
Remove the driver and uninstall anything related to the printer including the HP application. Restart the computer, open the command prompt (admin), run the command: Sfc /scannow . Wait for the process to finish and restart.
