The Protection History page in the Windows Security app is where you can go to view actions that Microsoft Defender Antivirus has taken on your behalf, Potentially Unwanted Apps that have been removed, or key services that are turned off.
In Settings navigate through Settings >Update & Security >Windows Security >Virus & Threat Protection and click on Quick Scan . You should no longer receive the threat warning from that malware.
There are 3 ways using which you can manually remove or delete Windows Defender Protection History - PowerShell, Event Viewer or Explorer.

To view the scan results using Microsoft Intune admin center, follow the below process. Sign in to Microsoft Intune admin center. Go to Reports. Under Endpoint security, select Microsoft Defender Antivirus. In the Reports tab, select Detected malware. Select the Severity level from the dropdown list. By default All severity option is selected.
