StaffMail is a Microsoft Exchange-based service available to all staff and school Governors in LGfL broadband schools. Staff Mail will provide the full functionality of a Microsoft Exchange account, offering email, personal and shared calendars.
LondonMail offers schools an advanced email service, hosted by Microsoft Office 365, for use by pupils. LondonMail is available to all LGfL schools as part of their LGfL subscription.

Unified Sign-On (USO) gives every member of staff and pupil within a subscribing establishment a single username and password that simplifies and securely controls access to all supported services and resources. All LGfL schools will be allocated USO accounts for staff and pupils as part of the LGfL package.

Hello Google! The entire suite of education apps, with full functionality and integration are free to use via your existing USO accounts. With no new usernames or passwords, but automatic account creation and management. Google Workspace for Education (formerly Gsuite) is available to all LGfL schools with full USO account synchronisation for no additional cost.
