BT Email Login I am the primary BT Mail account holder. For years, I have used two secondary accounts for my voluntary work. I have had no problems with one account, accessing it and posting from there about four days ago.
Re: Email login Yes - this happens frequently - I can receive but not send from my IMac - but can on my IPhone - been going on for a while now! Not impressed with BT Customer Service on this issue!

Can you log onto your MyBT then go Your Products them Email, manage and check that the email account is showing there and at the top of the page what is the type of account showing as. It should be standard.

Since BT recently updated the BT Internet website the logging on process has become painfully slow. If I access my email account via Outlook then it works fine. Any ideas why?

I am asked to enter my e-mail address and password EVERY TIME I click the BT icon on my windows start page. This is a recent thing. The address and password used to be done automatically. Anyone any ideas as to why ?
