The Range then informed me that I am liable for any damage to the three large boxes that have now been left on my property. I told them I don’t believe I am as they were left without permission. Some companies like the range and Wilko don't actually stock the item themselves , they basically use a 3rd party to supply and deliver "direct from the manufacturer" ( or importer ) Looks like the 3rd party has failed to fulfill ( or gone bust) I've had wardrobes from Wilko where all communication after the initial email were from the British manufacturer and was delivered in their lorry ...
Does anyone have experience on range shifter issues on MF390? Most often I am able to change the range, but sometimes when I change from medium to low, the range indicator on the dashboard turns off and none of the ranges is selected. The horizontal position of the gear lever needs to be very precise, otherwise it will fail.
Hi everyone - I want to warn you all about the terrible, ongoing experience I'm having with The Range having received faulty goods from their website. I urge you all not to buy anything from The Range online. They are proving to be the *worst company* I've had to deal with and their lack of customer service is shameful.
Only downside with Big Dutchman is the fitters are travelling all over the country from North Yorks. And Newquip don't carry enough essential spares, had an egg belt chew itself up on Easter Thursday, they said they didn't hold stock and couldn't get one from Germany till the end of the next week as bank holidays etc. Fortunately their fitter travelled down and managed to patch it up.
I believe the Amarok, despite having the 8 spd ZF auto box, doesn't have low range. Is this right. I tend to use low range quite a bit and do find it useful. Just wondered how others have managed who've ben used to a low ratio before going to an Amarok.
I have been contacting the Range daily in an effort to raise a VAT invoice from them for goods we have paid for and received. They say contact the telephone number supplied which sends you continually around loops of 1-3, or send a message via the web help, this is useless and will ask you what you want then wont proceed until you tell them something is wrong with the goods.
