Re: Email login it made me change my password - and then sent a pin code to verify and then locked me out of the desktop again new password let me back in on the app, but I was locked out of that as well

I tried the help service, via Web Chat. I used the webchat help yesterday for 3 hours and I was assured all was in order. I was told that the account was there and visible and to login. I tried, same problem and no, the email account is NOT visible. I try with or without vpn - same result. All the family and my other accounts are working fine.

about 2 weeks ago i started having issues logging in th my email acc.Not the same as your problem but maybe the solution i happened on might help you.My problem was that it was taking me a long time to get in,i'd get 4 of the capture things then a code sent to my phone & id get in ,took forever.I then remembered that people where having problems just getting in,like you , there was some issue ...
Logged into my email and only see a few folders. Inbox won't open. Get message : We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later. I can't use the webmail at all and have work to do. Been like this for a while . Any idea when it will be fixed?
