There are some services like TORCH that serves to be Tor search engine. By the way, Onion is a hidden service, means no one can find it unless onion owner want to publish their address by putting it into Hidden Wiki or other sites.
Torch - a search engine. DuckDuckGo is available as a hidden service, but as far as I know it does not crawl and index hidden services. Also see this related question .
Before web-crawler of Torch will index all your 1,000 sites and will increase PageRank of your main-site, called "Directory".
