Ive recently purchased a copy of Norton 360 5.0 and have installed it on two of three machines. In attempting to install it on my current machine, a laptop running Windows XP, I'm encountering an error.

I have been attempting to install Norton 360 Premiere Edition on secondary computer, which formerly had Norton 360. After several attempts all ending in a similar fashion I have been unable to successfully complete the install.
Where can I locate the logs to see if a Norton 360 component starts, stops or fails (and the reason)? Are the logs part of Windows logs or are there separate log files?
Unfortunately, I’ve used Norton 360 for a long time but had not delved deeply into all of it’s features, some of which may be new. This became recently important when I did a large file copy and Norton ran automatically and unexpectedly found a number of problems with the destination copies.
Yes I tried it with and without the Advanced Options>Remove Only option. And always reboot after each try, even rebooted twice just for good measure, same error. Tried downloading the setup file in a different browser too.
