Já tentei desinstalar o Office e instalar novamente, rodar a reparação rápida e online, usar o app de reparação (SetupProd_Act.exe) e nada funciona. Já tentei inúmeras vezes sair da conta e realizar novo login (com email e senha), mas também não funciona. O SO é o Windows 11 Home. Tanto o Windows quanto o Office estão atualizados.

I have set up an office 365 organization with 3 users. Upon logging in we get the following message "More info required, your organization needs more information to keep your account secure" See attached . If I click next we are then required to set up the authentication app.

I have a Microsoft 365 Annual Subscription for my wife and I. I read that the Login URL was login.live.com but that now redirects to account.microsoft.com. I also read that it could be office.microsoft.com for some people. I also understand that there are different Microsoft login URLs for companies, schools and individuals.
