When I try to login to bbc iPlayer on my sky q box it brings up the sign in screen but doesn't load. It just says that it could take up to 30 seconds depending on internet connection. 10 minutes later I'm still waiting!! There is nothing wrong with the internet connection as when I use it to download other catch up series it works fine. It's the signing in to the iPlayer that's the problem.

There is a question on the iplayer help page from somebody who had the problem on a tv and answer suggested it was " a device storage problem on the TV, which clears out the stored sign-in data automatically" .

BBC iPlayer has a habit of stopping in the middle of a programme and switching off. This happens randomly, sometimes after an hour, sometimes a little longer. Any ideas?
