Wake on LAN. Integrated Wake on LAN is available only in on-premises Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and requires Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Remote PC Access supports Wake on LAN, which gives users the ability to turn on physical PCs remotely.
You can use the supported virtualization platforms to host and manage machines in your XenApp or XenDesktop environment. The System requirements article lists the supported types. You can use the supported cloud deployment solutions to host product components and provision virtual machines.
A Site is the name you give to a XenApp or XenDesktop deployment. It comprises the Delivery Controllers and other core components, Virtual Delivery Agents (VDAs), connections to hosts, machine catalogs, and Delivery Groups.
