Getting fed up of Morrison's silly substitutions in my online orders. Is there a way of telling them NOT to put substitute items in my order ??
Placed a grocery order with Morrisons on Thursday, Received a email receipt after shopping had been picked and packed. Yesterday at 6.30pm. It showed substitutions and everything I ordered and received. Total was £120 and it was delivered last night, Firstly at least £30 worth of shopping was missing when orde arrived and alot of substitutions.
I shop weekly in store at Morrisons but very occasionally do an online order (once every few months) Never really had any problems before with Morrisons - if the driver was a bit behind I'd get a text with a revised time window, all good.
