Once you have successfully registered and have visited the practice for your first appointment, practice staff can provide you with a username and password for the SystmOnline, which will allow you to access the online services they offer.
SystmOnline allows patients or someone acting on behalf of the patient to proactively manage their care. The online services available include the ability to view an online Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as well as booking appointments and managing medication.
TPP’s Privacy Policy (located at https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/privacy.html) is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and explains how TPP treats your information and protects your privacy when you use SystmOnline.

Your child will need their own SystmOnline account. Please speak to your GP practice, they will be able to set your child up with a SystmOnline account or allow you proxy access via your own account.
This agreement is made solely between you and TPP. We may change these Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy) from time to time and without notice and it is your responsibility to check TPP’s SystmOnline website (located at https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/Login) for the latest versions.
