Hi, I am trying to set up Virgin TV Go for my mum who has a Windows 10 laptop, she is temporarily without her TV due to moving and needs to be able to watch her programs online. However, when we try and login on the app, for all the live channels and on demand programs, it just says "you cannot watch this programme due to copyright restrictions".
Seems like VM doesn't want me to use this service which, it tells me elsewhere, "Thanks to the Virgin TV Go app – available to Virgin TV customers at no extra cost, you can access up to 110 live TV channels on the go from your devices, including your Android, iOS, Windows 10 and PC/Mac". This looks like there is an internal marketing ...

The only anti virus software on it is windows defender. As far as I know there haven't been any updates and I haven't made any changes. This all started happening late on the 2nd, it had been working fine during the day then I went out for the evening, came back and switched the PC on but I couldn't view anything on Virgin TV Go, ITV, Channel 4 ...
The virgin tv go app on all my devices are not playing live tv,the screen says NOT AVAILABLE Sorry-we can't play this at the moment 400 on all my channels,is anyone else having this problem. Thanks in advance.
This is unlike the Virgin Go app on my iPad which does at least show BBC channels and what programmes are scheduled - I agree that if you then select a BBC channel on Virgin Go on an iPad it does not open natively, but rather through opening iPlayer, but at least the BBC channels are showing on my iPad, unlike Apple TV.

After previously posting on here and several calls to the God awful and rude customer service advisors, passed from person to person, my Virgin TV Go app is still not working. As already advised, this on both my Android 13 smartphone and my Microsoft 11 laptop computer.
I also have a recollection that a TV360/TV-Go setup doesn't allow for in-home downloads for out-of-home viewing, unlike V6/TV-Control. I don't believe your issue has anything to do with software version and is likely related to the in-home issue.
