I expect they buy from Screwfix/Toolstation. If you are looking for electrical/plumbing stuff and not gardening etc. do you buy your stuff from Screwfix, Toolstation or B&Q?
Can we physically go into Toolstation to collect items purchased online? and even purchase them in the stores?
Toolstation CS offered me a 10 percent discount BUT and this is the point of this post, they said it would invalidate my warranty. Apart from the fact that this seems pretty shabby, is it legal? I thought warranty was enshrined in UK consumer law? Absoutely legal. Consumer rights are enshrined in law, not company warranties.
- Are taps from Screwfix/Toolstation brands better in terms of quality and how long they last? - I noticed many at Screwfix (like Swirl) offer a 10 year guarantee whereas Wickes only offer 5 years. Also the plumber told me that the cartridges they hold are compatible with 80% of taps from Screwfix (not sure if this is the case with most plumbers).
Toolstation every time! Free delivery over £10, great prices and range and easy if you ever have to return something. B&Q & wickes are so over priced unless you want heavy materials!
Just come across a place called Toolstation. Basically it's a screwfix that doesn't sell as much stuff but most of the things seem cheaper.

Have a few items got from toolstation, they are new, and have not been opened from their packaging. The refund days is Should they take the refund if it is about 3-4 days after the refund period? if we speak to the manager? and will they accept the E-receipt which can be shown on the mobile smartphone? or it has to be a paper receipt?
