It's been 5 hours since my last 100 mg dose (3:30am). Before that I had 100 mg at 10:30pm. before that it was 200 mg at 5:30 pm, 200mg at noon, 30 migs vicodin at 8am yesterday. I had been alternating between Vicodin, 50 mg per day, and 400 or 500 mg tapentadol since Sunday. I don't feel awful right now but definitely want to get some relief.
Guys. I have several Tapentadol pills (50 mg ER). Does it have any recreational value? How does it compare to Tramadol? Any experiences? I love trams, but I'm very afraid of seizure risks. Perhaps Tapentadol being a stronger opioid (compared to Tramadol), does not need such a high dose to use...
I have taken tapentadol for about 6 months and just very recently tapered back down to ultram and norco. It had great therapeutic effects for me for my chronic pain. I would NOT combine weed and taoentadol I always have a bad trip, panic attacks hallucinations etc when I combine these two. 50 mg of tapentadol is a fine starting dose but don’t mix with weed!!! Not even a little ! I Can confirm, tapentadol is able to produce hallucinations and u don't even need to take that much.

I just tried a 50 mg Nucynta thru IV means. I am a habitual oxicodone injector and have looked everywhere for some information on injecting Nucynta. I banged a 50 mg pill and got absolutely no euphoria or "high" from it. It did burn a bit, but not badly.
