There's an app you can install called Set Orientation that lets you force all apps to Landscape. That's how I use All4.

I just on the off chance tested the latest ALL4 mobile (All.4.ver.9.5.8.build.600905080) and see the same results as previous revision on the ShieldTV = Dead , it works fine on ALL other Android TV Devices tested on. For Sure ALL4 has somehow managed to block Nvidia from access.
