I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with Microsoft Solitaire and Casual Games on Windows 10. It can be frustrating when something we rely on suddenly stops working. MS Solitaire Collection was installed fromthe MS Store. When I press Windows-button and type 'sol', it shows Microsoft Solitaire Collection _app_. Left clicking it opens a menu with the following options (they are in Dutch, so maybe I'm translating them incorrectly):
I paid the annual fee for the Premium Edition of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection but suddenly this past week it stopped working. Who do you contact to get this restored to eliminate ads. I also have the premium edition for Ultimate Word Games and it works as it should
I am not at all happy with the advertisement on Microsoft solitaire games. Disease adventures has an advertisement that appears while playing Microsoft solitaire games that features a sexual fault about to happen. It is offensive and traumatizing to women who have these types of experiences. It makes me do not want to play either game.

Microsoft has released our version of Solitaire and Minesweeper called the “Microsoft Solitaire Collection” and “Microsoft Minesweeper.” Click on the search tab in the taskbar> Type Microsoft Solitaire Collection> click to run. Today stuck with issue, that can't uninstall Microsoft Solitaire collection from one of end user PC (Windows 10) by trying couple command line, but no one works. => Get-AppxPackage *solitairecollection* -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage => Get-appxpackage Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection | remove-appxpackage
Solitaire game is a sidekick, not something essential for Microsoft, but anyway we who occasionally play the game are getting really pissed off. If Solitaire had been free game until recently, added to Windows OS, that is expensive enough, as a perk, I don't see the logic of disrupting the relations with Microsoft paying customers for your central product in such cheap extortion.
I have had the solitaire collection for years but suddenly it has been freezing up when I try to play it. I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling a fresh copy from the Microsoft store but the same thing keeps happening. Apparently, when I install another copy it picks up the saved information which includes the freezing.
