Shorts not getting on shorts feed I have face this multiple times , my shorts which suppose to be in shorts feed but not going there tried multiple time but face this same issue. More than 6 hours passed not a single feed recommendation , and some time even with a high audience retention video got stuck after 1000-1500 recommendation
I've recently made a new channel and have started uploading some shorts of my longer videos. These shorts (2 of them) are currently sitting at 7 and 4 views and they have been like this for around 7+hrs. I've also uploaded them to tiktok where they did pretty good imo with 800-1000 views each. Would this be normal? Or has the YouTube algorithm not got them in circulation yet? What should an ...
The same happens to me in Firefox on Linux. The first 2 videos play fine, moving to the 3rd one starts showing it (not playing yet), but then 'flicks' for a better word for it and scroll back to the first one which auto-plays. Interestingly, when I open a private window and open youtube shorts there it works fine.
All views on shorts do not automatically count towards 'Public Shorts Views' in the monetization section. Only those views that have been seen through the YouTube Shorts player are considered and counted as 'Public Shorts Views'.
