My online National Lottery account allows me to add or withdraw funds needed to play Games. I simply click a few buttons and it's done.
I play the lottery on-line. I had a balance of £1.20 in my on-line account. I wanted to add some more money, but noticed the debit card details were out of date. I entered the details of my new debit card. Then I noticed my account balance was now zero. I checked the transaction history, and it shows the £1.20 being paid to me, but using the old debit card details. Presumably this can't work ...

I've some small balance with National Lottery on-line, Does anyone know how to get the money back without spending on Lottery.
After checking their website my understanding is that for a certain fee (there are different options) they increase your chances to win on the National Lottery games. They also offer lottery syndicate. Obviously it is tempting to use up the free lottery lines but I want to learn more about the company beforehand in case this is a scam.
